[Ashheart]

Hello.

My name is Ashheart. I am the leader of this rag-tag group. I do not take the name Star, because I do not honor StarClan. Why should I? Where have our ancestors been, while we endured war after war, famine and sickness? They haven't been protecting us; they have left us to fend for ourselves. We are strong, but we aren't invincible. Why they have deserted us, I do not know. I do know, however, that we must learn to depend upon only ourselves and eachother. I am one of the few that think so; Myself and the rest of my group have been run off from our Old Forest. Most that follow me believe as I do; others followed for their own reasons. We walked many sunrises, and faced many strange dangers before we reached our new home. Here, we will thrive, because now we are stronger than ever. Here, we are NewClan.

Will you join me and NewClan, and forget the old ways of worshipping StarClan? Will you help us thrive, and learn the ways of our new land? I admit, here it is colder, the landscape is different, and the plants are not the same either. But the prey runs here too, and here is water, and here is life. We are not strong yet, but we have worked hard and traveled far to get here, and we won't give up without a fight. How we will fare, and how long we will remain the only Clan in the area, remains to be a mystery. Will you join us, and see our dreams through to the end?
